Terms & Conditions
Article 1 — Definitions & Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every visit to, and every order, consultation, or engagement made through, the website and services of Ramrod Autograph (also styled Ramrod.アート), a premium custom signature and logo design studio ("the Studio," "we," "us"). By accessing the Studio's website or placing an order, submitting a deposit, or otherwise engaging our services, the client ("you," "the Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and Services.
These Terms apply to all four service categories offered by the Studio: Custom Signatures , Logo Design / Calligraphic Logo , Initial Monogram / The Initial Series , and Monochromic Logo , collectively referred to as "the Services."
Article 2 — Website Use & Cookies
The Studio's website uses cookies to help personalize your browsing experience and to understand how visitors use the site. Some cookies are required for the website to function properly and do not need your separate consent; others, used for statistics or marketing purposes, are optional and you may choose to accept or decline them.
Where third-party services are embedded on our website (for example, form or booking tools), accepting required cookies may also mean accepting cookies set by those third parties in connection with their embedded features. You are free to disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain functionality of the website.
Article 3 — Services Offered
The Studio provides bespoke, handcrafted design work across the following categories:
● KAT-A — Custom Signatures: personal, brand, or executive signature design.
● KAT-B — Logo Design / Calligraphic Logo: flowing, script-based brand marks.
● KAT-C — Initial Monogram / The Initial Series: monogram marks built from personal or brand initials.
● KAT-D — Monochromic Logo: single-tone, minimalist logo design.
Each category carries its own pricing, delivery timeline, and revision allowance, as communicated to the Client at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
Article 4 — Order Process
An order is considered officially placed once the Client has selected a service category, submitted the required brief (including preferred names, initials, style references, and color direction where applicable), and paid the deposit described in Article 5.
The Studio reserves the right to request additional information or clarification before work begins, and to decline any brief that conflicts with the Studio's creative standards, is unlawful, or infringes on third-party rights.
Article 5 — Pricing & Payment
All Services are subject to a two-stage payment structure:
● 50% (fifty percent) deposit is due before any design work begins.
● The remaining 50% (fifty percent) balance is due upon the Client's final approval of the design, prior to release of final files.
Deposits confirm the Client's place in the Studio's production queue and cover initial concept development. Final files, source files, and any downstream usage rights described in Article 8 are withheld until the balance is paid in full.
Prices are quoted per category and may vary based on complexity, number of revisions requested, and rush timelines, all of which will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Article 6 — Revisions & Amendments
Each order includes a set number of revision rounds, as specified at the time of quotation. Revisions must relate to refinements of the original brief; requests that constitute an entirely new concept or a change of category may be treated as a new order and quoted separately.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance may be requested and will be quoted individually before proceeding.
Article 7 — Delivery of Final Files
Upon final approval and receipt of the remaining balance, the Studio will deliver final artwork in the agreed file formats (such as JPG, PNG & PDF, which may include vector and raster formats suitable for print and digital use).
Delivery timelines vary by category and current studio workload and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete briefs, delayed Client feedback, or delayed payment.
Article 8 — Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated, the Studio and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all material published on the Studio's website, including text, graphics, branding, and layout. This material is made available for your personal viewing only, and, subject to the restrictions in this Article, you must not copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute it.
Separately, and specifically in relation to commissioned design work: until full payment is received for an order, all concepts, drafts, and preliminary designs remain the sole intellectual property of the Studio and may not be used, reproduced, or published by the Client in any form. Upon full payment, ownership of the final, approved artwork transfers to the Client for their intended personal or commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Studio retains the right to showcase completed commissioned work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project completion. The Studio does not transfer rights to preliminary concepts that were not selected as the final design.
Article 9 — Client Testimonials & Submitted Content
Where the Client chooses to submit a review, rating, or testimonial through the Studio's website, the Client warrants that they are entitled to post that content, that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, and that it is not defamatory, unlawful, or used to solicit unrelated business.
By submitting a review or testimonial, the Client grants the Studio a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content, in whole or in part, on the website and in marketing materials. The Studio reserves the right to decline or remove any submitted content it reasonably considers inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
Article 10 — Cancellations & Refunds
Should the Client wish to cancel an order after the deposit has been paid but before work has begun, the deposit may be refunded at the Studio's discretion, less any administrative costs already incurred.
Once design work has commenced, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers the creative time and resources already invested. No refunds are issued after final files have been delivered. Full details are set out in the Studio's separate Refund Policy.
Article 11 — Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of all names, initials, text, and reference material submitted, and for ensuring they have the right to request designs based on that material. The Studio is not liable for any trademark, copyright, or naming disputes arising from Client-submitted content.
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While the Studio makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or continuous availability of the website or its content.
The Studio's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific order. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Article 12 — Governing Law, Disputes & Contact
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from an engagement with the Studio shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties before pursuing any other resolution.
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms, including its website and cookie practices, from time to time. Continued use of the Studio's website or Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
